In addition, if you fails (or is otherwise unwilling or unable), to perform your responsibilities, TRUSCHOLAR may, in its sole discretion and without limiting its other remedies, limit, suspend, or terminate your user account(s) and access to the Services, delete or remove your Data and/or Credentials, and take technical and/or legal steps to prevent you from using the Services.
In case, of detection of any illegal activity, TRUSCHOLAR may suspend your user account for reasonable period of time. Similarly, when your user account is found inactive for longer period of time, then in that case also your account shall be suspended. Your account shall be suspended on the request by law enforcement or other government agencies.
In addition, we hold the right to terminate your account, if it is found that there has been the non-compliance of terms and services mentioned. You have the right to terminate your user account if TRUSCHOLAR breaches its obligations under these Terms and in such event, you will be entitled to prorated refund of any prepaid fees.
By reregistering, you grant permission to Truscholar to use your company logo and name as our client in our marketing collaterals website and social media posts
