Overview:

We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our Design Team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in designing user interfaces and experiences for digital products. You will be responsible for creating engaging, responsive, and visually appealing designs based on user-centered design principles.

What You Will Do:

  • Create visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals

  • Design responsive layouts that adapt elegantly across devices and screen sizes Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iteration

  • Translate research findings into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, and interaction models

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to maintain a consistent and high-quality user experience

  • Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies

  • Apply animation and motion design where applicable to enhance user interaction

  • Advocate for design best practices and usability standards throughout the product lifecycle

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field (preferred)

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications

  • Expertise in Figma (including auto-layout, design tokens, and prototyping)

  • Familiarity with tools like Framer, Penpot, or UXPin for rapid prototyping (plus)

  • Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design

  • Experience designing admin dashboards, workflow tools, or data-heavy interfaces

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for design-to-dev handoff

  • Experience working with AI-enhanced tools such as:

  • Uizard, Galileo AI, or Magician (Figma plugin)

  • ChatGPT for UX writing or user flows

  • MidJourney or DALL·E for visual inspiration generation (plus)

  • Ability to incorporate AI-generated insights/data into UX (e.g., admin dashboards, decision prompts)

  • Bonus: Experience in motion UI or microinteraction design using Lottie or After Effects
